i don't mind ignoring, but I won't pass safety inspection if the abs ligh is on. So, trying to disable it. If someone knew which pins to short on a 93 vr4 abs connector plug, that should do the trick....

I would say far easiest way to remove the light is to remove the dash. It takes 2 screws for the garnish and i think 2 or 4 more to remove cluster (I don't even have screws on my cluster). For me about 2-3 minutes.

Also, in EU it's harder to bypass inspection with just unlit abs sensor. They often want to see the abs to come on for a sec and then turn off. If this is not happening it still fails MOT. So engine light can be used to give signal to other things that need masking. Diode should be placed between the engine light and other light you want to light up. I have already used this to "pass" airbag , but now i'm kinda afraid that putting 3 bulbs on one engine ecu output could be too much and not what it would be designed for since there are still incandescent bulbs and not leds, the take considerable amount of current. It would then need something a bit smarter like mosfet / ssr type of relay since even regular relay is too high current to replace on lamp.
