I have an upcoming t-belt job and would like to get some input if the crank sensor should be replaced at the same time for PM. Reading through some posts it seems the second version of the CS on the 92 and up cars fails pretty often - hard to know for sure though.
Its a good idea to check them for corroded wires or see if there is any damage to the sensor. If it looks okay I'm not sure I'd replace it just for PM. Also be careful when installing the 2G timing belt cog not to have the three bladed star reluctor fall out of place.
