Default Gen 2 vr4 rear caliper on a gen 1 vr4

So I’m confused on which rotor I go with 3SX says go with the gen 1 vr4 rotor, but I’m thinking I need to get new rotors and put the gen 2 vr4 rotor so the gen 2, 2 piston vr4 calipers will fit in my gen 1 vr4. Has anyone done this and confirm if I use a gen 1 vr4 rotor or a gen 2 vr4,rotor on my 1991 3000gt vr4. Thanks!
