Default Cheap Rental car recommendation

Greetings to all the members.
I am getting married coming July.
For that, I want to rent an affordable car.
Any recommendations or suggestions to get a cheap rental car?
seen a lot of people renting from Car Rental 8 Coupons but renting from there i like to get more information about them.

Default Re: Cheap Rental car recommendation

Just some ideas to think about..
Never heard of Car Rental 8 but I can tell you that renting a car at the airport is about the most expensive way to go. Instead ask what kind of deal the hotel can hook you up with, most have deals with the local rental companies that will drop a car off for you at the hotel. Even if the hotel doesn't do it many car rentals will come out to you for a lot less than airport rates. (Enterprise is particularly good at that.)
So, how do you get from the airport to the hotel? Many hotels offer shuttle service to/from the airport. You could take their van to the hotel, then pick up the car in the morning... Seeing as it's you honeymoon though you could splurge on a limo to the hotel (any 6 year old can find an airport limo online.. ). The difference in rental rates could more than pay for the limo.
That is of course if you even need a car. Again, check with your hotel. They might offer transportation to any local attractions you're interested in. If they do have a van (shuttle service) the driver works for tips. It's been my experience that most will take you all over town for a reasonable gratuity. Plus, he can steer you away from the tourist traps.. It's worth asking before you sign for the car.

Good Luck!
