Default A/C specialists...help :)

My 92TT, whose A/C worked perfectly the last time I drove it (about 12 weeks ago, due to a ruptured achilles).
Last week my oldest son came by and started it and the A/C was hot.
I added 1 can of R-134A and it came back slowly. Another seemed to get it back to normal.
Fast forward 1 week, I just went out and started it, and it's blowing 100F air with the A/C on.
WTF?

Educated guesses as to what happened?

Any input is greatly appreciated...

Bob.

It's got a leak. Know any AC guys close that could check for a leak? Most likely places are the Schrader valves in the service ports and the o-rings.
