Default Billet Transfer Case Goodness...

We get to work on some very neat stuff!

All new t-case builds are getting new grade 10.9 hardware! Stock is 8.8, old, and often rusty.

Please see our transfer case rebuild service if your unit is leaking or making noises, we'll make it like new or better!

This one was rebuilt with a vipershark billet side cover. It required only minor adjustments to the bearing pre-load and is an excellent part! Note the unit came in painted gold, but units we send will be silver or oem aluminum, depending on how much "patina" the original unit has. The iron part is fully derusted and painted black.

Looks great. Can't wait to get some 5 speed front and mid billet cases finished so you can start assembling those.

I don't think just yet, but quite a few that should be.

We are actually doing our first REM treatment 6 speed t-case gears right now, hopefully that will make them last.

We don't really stock any, we get them from viper shark. May in the future.

I think the stronger bolts will help a little as well.

They are making a fixture to do the work at the moment, so I don't have an ETA yet, but hoping to hear soon.
