Arrow Bank 6 Coil not Firing, however...

Has anyone heard of only one bank firing in a coil pair? seems very odd. I thought the coils were fired as a pair. Bank 6 is not firing, while bank 3 is. Rebuild the NA FED Spec ECU. I don't have another 1st gen and my test bench is still boxed up. I'm guessing PTU is okay since bank 3 is firing. Thoughts? Coil pack?

Anyone else encounter this?

Bad coil or bad wire. I've had them unilaterally fail before.
