There have been several issues lately with trader ratings, so to alleviate
confusion we decided a post may help clear it up.
In many instances, there have been sellers leaving "revenge negatives" on
buyers. If you sell an item that is defective, not properly described, or
not shipped, you the SELLER deserve a negative. This does NOT give the
seller the right to leave a negative on the buyer. The seller made a mistake, at best, or was deceptive or failed to deliver the merchandise. The buyer
did nothing wrong.
This has caused several recent suspensions, and takes a lot of mod time, as
we get pm's, e-mails etc., then a global mod must get involved to correct the undeserved negative.
I hope this clears up any confusion
There's going to be something different about the SEMA Show in Las Vegas this year that might be worth planning a trip around. This year, the show's organizers will give people in Sin City a chance to see the show in person regardless of whether or not they are directly affiliated with the automobile industry. SEMA is one of the largest trade shows the city hosts every year, but normally admission is reserved for people who are there on "official" business. Typically, that means its a mostly off-limits mecca for modified car enthusiasts, but that won't be true this year because on Friday, November 7, much of the show will be publicly on display for "SEMA Ignited." From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., cars from the show will pour out of the Las Vegas Convention Center onto the Strip. What new vehicle should be Car of the Year? The decision is up to you!
The AutoGuide.com Reader’s Choice Car of the Year Awards are back and we’re once again giving you the opportunity to vote on what the best car of 2015 should be.
In addition to the overall Car of the Year award, there are six other categories where you can vote for your favorite including Truck of the Year, Sports Car of the Year, Green Car of the Year, Utility Vehicle of the Year, Luxury Car of the Year and Luxury Utility Vehicle of the Year.
Voting will run until November 9th and once we tabulate all the results, the winners will be announced November 20th. Then we’ll be presenting each of the automakers with a legit award that they’ll proudly display.
