I dont know if another dealer bought it from the original seller, but he took better pictures and made a better ad.....

Seen alot of knockin on this spyder like it would be a waste of money, i dont think so, maybe if your buyin it thinkin your not gonna have any problems and all...BUT, on the other hand, if you gotta say, totalled body 3s car, with good everything else....this would make a great car to bring new life into.

still a nice price, but damn those miles. I am not going to waste 5500 on a car with a quarter million miles on it. I'm sure some kid would love it though, they don't care about the mileage.

If I could get financing for it I would buy it. I have a motor I could swap into it. I'm partial to spyders and will be looking for one around income tax time when I have enough cash for a good down payment.

And there are only a 1000 in this world thats rare. Not to many production cars around with this low production number

Its definitely a great investment for those that would end up keeping it long term and totally restore it. The spyder SL's will be the only collectible SLs.

well.... I thought about it.... And had my bank draw up a pre-approved draft loan (last friday) for the full amount +tax/reg... and took 2 days off work and booked a rental car. Emailed the guy asking what problems it DID have and stated that I am/was a Mitsu master tech and would find out if he was honest when I got there. Won't return my e-mails or calls. Blue balls! Oh well, that tells me something is horribly wrong. Maybe I'll go buy a new truck instead.
