Default Where the hell do you guys buy parts?!

Norco is apparently GONE. They no longer have a receptionist, no one answers the parts extension, and the voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. Ugh, Dave was the shit...

Tallahassee flat out didn't answer the phone. It just rings and rings...

So "Rockville" was the place I just ordered injector insulators from. The guy(s) I spoke to on the phone were RETARDED. When I told them I want the seal between the injector and the lower intake manifold, I heard the parts salesman ask the "resident expert" who then told him to ask me if I meant the "head"... He then asks me, "do you mean you want the seal between the injector and the cylinder head?"... "No, I want the seal between the injector and the lower intake manifold." He handed the phone to the "expert" who I then had to repeat myself to AGAIN...

20 minutes later, I was off the phone, having paid $24.70 ($12 for 3-5 day shipping for less than 1 lbs of merchandise!)... When I found out the shipping costs, I asked if they had any o-rings for the fuel injector - fuel rail seal... Of course, they had THREE... Wouldn't have any more until WEDNESDAY... And wanted $5 for each one! WTF

Overall, those guys were fucking stupid.

UGH.

Adam

Auto Parts - Parts.com, For Every Part of Your Life, but you will need part numbers too look shit up or drill through their catalogs. They are OEM parts, and I can vouch for them, I have ordered thousands of dollars in parts from them.

I used to go through Rockville but haven't tried them in probably a year or more - I've made a couple orders though Cherry Hill the last month or two and have been very happy with the customer service.

Rockville must have really gone downhill. Every time I did business with them they were pretty knowledgeable, but the last time I ordered from them was two years ago.

I hear Mentor Mitsubishi is good.
