That doesn't leave a whole lot left for labor.

Sorry forgot to say the parts are not from Mitsu dealer. Water pump was 80, belt 60 and tensioner about 60 too. if you take your own parts, he does it for about 225 or 250

What about the idler pulley, tensioner pulley, Valve cover gaskets, spark plug seals, and coolant. that would be the rest of a 60k. Need to check the front crank seal as well, as long as your down there.

Is that why there are so many oily mitsu's around? My customers do not like oil spots in there drive way, or oil running down the length of the under side of there cars. LOL.
They are on my list and the dealers, they do dry up you know. I don't know how many times I offered to change plugs for people only to find the plug tubes filled with oil. Bottom line was that was the miss problem all along. And for the price I charge, there damn near free anyways.

I won't object to that on 6g72 sohc engines in later model mitsus (as well as the 4 cyl. basically any of the stamped metal rocker covers), but the 6g dohc engines hardly leak tube seals @ 60k. They are not on the "dealer's 60k list" as far as I know... but I only worked there for years. I have no problem with people trying to do a quality repair, but stating that mitsu considers that part of a 60k is rediculous

My list of 60K requirements came From Feazeli's Mitsubishi in Dallas. And yours?
We also do Jags, BMW's, Porsche's, Tiburon's, and well to many to list. Doing this only 30 years.
Yeh, I know, 3000 have not been around for 30 years. So I guess I could have made a mistake. LOL.

I'm going off MMNA/MMC recommendations when it comes to "K" services. One of a handful of mits. master/elite techs in the state, but can't say i've been doing this 30 years though.

we're all on the same side though If you take care of your customers then cheers to you.
