TX3S 2010 Calendar!

Time for the Second Annual TX3S Calendar.

View the 09 Calendar

These will be made just like last years.

* Each page measures 17" x 11"
* Measures 17" x 22" when hung on wall

Just like last year, to speed up this process there will be no public voting I will be choosing the pictures to use. This seamed to work out very well last year. And just like last year if you submit your stuff while meeting all of the requirements you WILL be included into the calendar.

Requirements for TX3S 2010 Calendar
* You MUST be a Texas or Oklahoma resident
* Images and info MUST be received by Friday October 31st.
* Images will need to be large enough to work with: minimum 5" X 6" @ 450dpi
* Please email your pictures to: John at Kimberlite-Films.com
* Include your name, forum name, the name(s) of who took the pictures, car year make and model, a quote from you saying anything you would like to about the 3S platform, also you may include what month you prefer. I cannot guarantee anything on the month thing, but I will try.

Just like last year, I will be doing a full spread layout.

Just a teaser, the layout will be finalized when I see the pictures I have to work with. but I will treat this more of an eye candy and less of book format.



I'm looking forward to having this ready for purchase by the beginning of December.

Just like last year, I will be doing a full spread layout. This years design is a rip off of the new Porsche 917 book.

Here is a quick mock up of the new layout. This is NOT finalized, but it will give you an idea of what this years calendar will look like.

I am hoping we have enough full submissions to where 3 members and their cars will be featured each month.

honestly, i really like this year's layout, ripoff or no. i like the large main picture. To me the whole point of the thing is eye candy, not specs or pictures of our ugly mugs I know that means not everyone would get their car in...but hey, a little competition is good for the calendar to look its best IMO.
Just some constructive criticism man. I know however it's done it will look fantastic and i'll buy 2 sight unseel lol.

I get the feeling that most do not like this years layout proposal.

Or there is not much interest in a 2010 TX3S calendar.

Let me know which case it is. I have another layout idea that goes for more of the eye candy idea. I just wanted to try something different as I did last year to help separate our calendar into something more personal.

We might get some great pics of the spyder tonight, but no faces in it though lol, I will just paste a picture of the pedo bear in there just for you John since u really want face in there, how the hell do you take a picture with just a face in there, 1) it aint possible unless i cut of someones head, hmmmmmmm. 2) i dont see how that remotly would look good if u pasted it inthere and for what purpose

i am definitely intrested no matter what the layout. Dont know if i'll be submitting a pic though...depends whether i get my hood situation figured out.

semi-on-topic...does anyone know a freemail service that has a larger attatchment size allowance than yahoo? sending 2 pics at a time sucks!
