lol sorry I was to tired after all that work last night I didnt make it to the comp. I listed the upgrades and stuff in another thread but I will repost.
When I got it... ![]() ![]() After I got ahold of it... ![]() ![]() 94 3000GT VR4 Rebuilt engine 1000 miles on it Rob 13T turbos rebuilt by majestic turbo 9psi springs ATR downpipe DN Y pipe Greddy RS BOV recirculated Manual boost controller K&N intake Thats about it for now. I havnt installed the walbro 255, Apexi FMIC, knock box, greddy 660 injectors, emanage blue etc. Good: Starts up just fine Sounds bad a with just the downpipe I stopped at a gas station and by the time I had filled it up I had 3 people talk to me about it! Active aero works! The front is missing some parts but the rear works. Issues: Idle seems to have corrected its self for the most part. It still drops a bit low but it may just have been old gas or something. Oil pressure guage~ At first at idle it was a bit low but after I went for a drive it dropped. When I was at idle it would drop to nothing then when I reved it up it would move back up to a bit lower then mid. Anyideas? Touring light was flashing on and off??? Wheel spacers~ I had to use some spacers so the stern rims would clear the front brakes. They are .45 inches or something like that. Non hubcentric. Do I need to pick up a different kind??

yes you should use hubcentric and I don't think they should be more than 5mm thick. Mine still wouldn't still quit clear but just a little grinding on the caliper and all is good.

Do you know where I can pick up a set of those localy?
Also I have been ready up on the oil pressure thing... More info: Royal Purple 10w-30 I will recheck my idle rpm. At first it would idle at 200rpm so maybe it was dropping that low again. It rumbles pretty well thats for sure. I will also check for dents in the oil pan The low oil pressure light does not come on |

Sorry about missing your calls, I didn't get to my phone until midnightish and didn't want to wake you up! Very happy to hear that it is running well. Hopefully those O2 sensors were good and plugged up when you fired it up this time!
![]() Make sure to use an electric oil pressure gauge. Mechanical means you'll have a pressurized oil line running into the cabin of the car. Doesn't sound all that smart to me. Oil pressure would probably be stupid low at 200rpm. Try and maintain a steady 800rpm and see what its at there. If, on the stock gauge, it reads one/two ticks, then you're OK, just not GREAT. Then maintain 3000rpm. If its within one tick of the first bigger tick, then you should be fine. I'd strongly suggest upping it to 20W-50 oil. As far as the compliments go, get used to it. A lot of people remember the VR-4's, and for some reason, the 2G 3000GT's always get more compliments than any other. My green car was almost annoying to drive at times because of all the people staring, pointing, and complimenting... despite the fact that it was a GREEN N/A.-Brian
