The correct rack and pinion was delivered today! Super excited now! The quality is very good! Looks like a brand new rack and pinion even though it's refurbished. We will be dropping the rack and pinion, transmission and installing the Latitude 42 2800lb clutch kit.

I got the Walbro 255 hotwired and ready to drop in the tank. Just have to crimp the red hotwire to the relay at the pump. Also routed the wire under the carpet and to the back of the tank

Once the pump is installed, I'll have to measure the braided stainless steel fuel line and cut it to the proper length and add the last AN fitting.

Also got a package in from PLX-wideband company. The grey signal wire so I can pin it to the ECU and monitor AFR via chrome and on the gauge.

I might have the car fired up Wednesday.

Nice! I'm buying more suspension parts and a good set of BFGoodrich all-season tires. I might get my sl cammed, might... Possibly throw in a quaife lsd. I recently dropped some income on obtaining sentri for my car so I can cross the border on the fast lane... Renewed my plates, payed for insurance. So I might make my purchases a month prior the gathering.

Don't cut yourself too short on time

I can't remember what I was doing at the last minute but almost didn't make it last year.

It was a good time to replace the clutch. I might have had less then 10K left on it and the flywheel doesn't have much life left.

So far so good.

Nah I won't. I know exactly what I am going to do: suspension work(bushings/sway links), brake work(braided brake lines, new calipers) I already did my rotors and brake pads, new front bfGoodrich all-season tires, some interior work, new filter, exhaust work, and lastly the 99 garnish, possibly the wing too. See you all there!
