Moving to DFW. Could use a little help.

Thankfully I'll be getting out of MS during the middle of May. If anyone knows of a place for rent that I wouldn't have to do a lease and would allow dogs, please let me know. Robin and I want to buy a home pretty quickly but need a place for a few months while we look and all I've seen are minimum 6 mth lease.
I could also use some recommendations for a good bank. The one I use here is local and I need to switch.

I use wells fargo... they are good.
What area are you looking at.
DFW is pretty big.

I've been very happy with Chase for a number of years.

If you're wanting to go with a credit union, I also have accounts with Alliant Credit union. They are good.

But as Adam said, DFW is HUGE we need to know what area you're looking at to help y'all out.

Right now looking in the Arlington area because it's close to the flight school I'll be going to, but I dont mind a little drive if I have to.

Welcome to Texas... as far as Arlington that is one of the most affordable areas for real estate in the DFW metroplex ... I also bank with Chase been pretty good the past couples years...always had issues when I was with Bank of America..

Ah, We don't wanna end up in the hood. I've got family in Grapevine that recommended the Keller area. Is this a good spot?
