Nope, the VR-4 isn't going anywhere. Just getting more room. We have a lot of family come and visit throughout the year and they all sleep on the pull out couch in the living room.
Our old "guest room" is now Jaxon's room and our back up "guest room" in our office is gone since Tiffany has grown her company to where we can't have guests taking up the office.

Excellent. If you weren't already, you should plan on epoxying the floor. Expect degreasing/cleaning it to take a full day. Mine has been quite tough (Rustoleum I think)... I've dropped all kinds of stuff on it and if it has chipped, I haven't noticed.

Our listing just went up last night at 7pm and Holy cow! Tiffany is rushing to get Jaxon and the animals packed up. Someone is looking at our house at 2!
