So anyway, as some of you know, I have herniated discs in my back and its kept me from lifting and running for almost a year now. I've put on almost 30 pounds and decided its time...
So i slide my handy dandy iPod into the arm sleeve thingy, put the armband thingy on and it doesn't stay. Had to tighten it up. I'd guess I lost and inch to inch in a half of arm size...ugh.
So i go running. Taking it easy as its been awhile and my back is a constant reminder and I go a whole 12 minutes without stopping, lol. I blame the Corpus Christi wind... Now, my fat ass has a sore ankle and knee. Old and chunky, to bad combinations, but I got out there. I'll run for acouple weeks, bought so hand weights to give the biceps alittle workout during the run and I figure in 2-3 weeks i'll start lifting again. For strength and tone vs size. hoping maybe it'll help ease the back stuff.
I love this thread, like a personal diary thats not so personal!
But still Buttch, nice story! Better than all the "how i got my 3S" stories, this is one for the grandchildren one day!
Not curious on where she would be now?
Nah. She was pretty, but I'm not sure I could handle the directness. It seriously was black or white in my short time over there. Blatant. Which has its good and bad, and while anyone who has met me knows I'm straight forward, I'm not sure I could deal with it, lol.
When i was buying some of the chocolate bars, I was lost in the money exchange. I think the Euro had just come out, but anyway, the numbers weren't clicking in my head so I bought a chocolate bar, went and ate in and next to that Toblerone chocolate it was the best! So I went back for acouple more, seemed like i got alot of money back, so i asked for acouple more adn still got change so i figured the whole family might want some at Xmas so i bought more, then I didn't have enough. I have no clue how I got confused. I had no problems with the dinar in Barhain or Iraq or Dubai. Maybe it was being tired, who knows. But it sure pissed that woman off, lol, and she told me to stop wasting her time in so many words. I need to get more of that chocolate. It was in gold foil wrapped in a tan colored paper with like 4 or 6 boxes on the front with different pictures. So smooth.... mmmmmmm
Buttch - the guy who just went running but would eat 3 pounds of Dutch chocolate if it was in front of him....
I think the name was Ella tho. But I know she wasn't Dutch, Swedish sounds right...
Ok so today I went to the book store and sold my books from last semester, and then i went out and used that money to buy cronic. THANKS SCHOOL!!!
Not you sure should be thanking them. With your college intellect, you should have figured out the loss between what you paid for the books and what the return of selling them was = very expansive bag of green stuff...
Now, if you take what I seen happen in HS and INVESTED money into a green stuff seller, ie, he needs money to get the stuff, gets the stuff, sells some, pays u back what you loaned him + get some green stuff.... win/win my friend...
My '71 Stingray and '94 VR4 .......Proud to continue my 17+ years of honorable service to my country ........

I think im going to buy fuel filter, seafoam, oilchange with that 76 unless someone has a better idea. I kind of want a turbo timer tho, but i also need the e-brake assembly and i think i need a new hub. ..hmmm what should i get?
