Yep, 2 cans of Brakleen took care of it. Well, it looks slightly better than my old one so I'll deal with that.

Brake cleaner got all the gunk off, but mine was still "discolored". A wire wheel on drill made it look like new (where the wheel could reach). A little silver paint cured the rest of it.

This is the alltrac tranny after a crap ton of work. I used the wire brush that you attach to the end of a drill. For the most part it just takes time.

Purple Power + wire brush and garden hose will also make it an easy task and it will look mint .

wont brakecleen eat through the seals tho? it says not to use on rubber brake components whats stopping it from eating through our seals in our trans? im in the middle of doing it now ha. damn those trans look real nice makes me want to drain my bank account and get more cleaning shit..wait i already did drain my account shit
