So, I finally back online (yeah, yeah, I hear the groans...) after spending well needed time in New England for Xmas.
Yup, 11 hours of delays and I made it to sunny Massachusetts. Wait, thats not right. Oh yeah, Massachusetts... thats the place that had me entrenched in 2 foot of snow in less than 36 hours. Oh well. At least I made it home and I had a snowblower. And thank the inventor or that machine. To those who have never used it, I'll let you in. While it cuts the work of 2 hours shoveling to 30 minutes, that bastard vibrates and jostles around like Richard Simmons on a fat chick. Its a work out of its own. But theres something about plowing through a foot of snot at a walking pace and throwing it 30 feet.
Anyway, I hope everyone had a great time with family and friends and traveled safely.

What do you get when you have slick roads...at night...and a car full of teenaged girls?
No, not a hell of a night, tho they were cute. than answer however is....
REAR ENDED. I must say the Honda took a hell of a hit, got plowed through a 5ft snowbank and still kept ticking. Rear hatch still opens, blahblahblah.
A family member who just LOVES (read sarcasm) my sports cars, made a comment about how my Mitsu would have survived the same accident. And me, not being a big fan of said family member (and being in 4 or 5 hot toddies) stated louder than I wanted too "who the fuck cares? it would have gotten me a new paint job".
Yeah, Mom whipped her head around like the Exorcist, along with the 'elders' of the family, whilst the others either laughed their inebriated asses off or looked on in fear of what wrath would come down on my head... I was told no more hot toddies... np, plenty of wine hanging about...
All in all a great visit. I have a HUGE German Shepherd who is like a kid in the snow. Not least of all to see my family.
Buttch
PS I also was able to play the Wii for the first time. While I own a 360, I gotta say, the Wii is a blast of its own and def a party console. Bowling is the bees knees man...
Hmmm... carload of girls, and someone gets rear ended....
Seems like there should be a dirty joke somewhere in that story.

Ignore the picture. It is no longer an accurate representation of the madness. www.3stech.org <= Where the meaningful results of your search went.
I'm assuming since it was the holidays they where all relatives and since it was the NE and not say Arkansas, there are no jokes to be found.

Well, if it helps, the carload of teenage girls was the offending car that hit us. I took a bunch of pics that I'll get in later this week. The cops and FD were there so quick, I don't even know what kinda car they were in.
My oldest daughter slammed her shoulder into the door pillar and was in alot of pain, so I was focused on that after making sure no one was seriously hurt. Shes ok, nice bruise was all.
Maybe once the pics are up, they'll be some material there? You'll at least get a kcik out of the license plate on the Honda, its a kid carrier (read minivan).
Yeah, yeah, I don't want to hear it. I own a minivan too. But the Vette, Pathfinder and VR4 more than make up for it! Not to mention its laying down 260hp at the crank, the most powerful at the time. And its a Acura motor, lots of available upgrades... and yes, I'm making excuses for owning a minivan...
