Who has the blue 3000gt in Vancouver WA?

I have been in Vancouver every other week for the last 2 months and keep seeing a nice blue 3000gt with possibly a carbon fiber hood. Is it a 3SI member?

He's my buddy from Eugene, been relocated for work, I'm not sure where though, I thought it was Portland, but it could have been Vancouver.
