you know its never been a problem to post a just a link before. but thats fine here it is for those who dont want to follow the link.

i have a 19x11 room for rent in my 1500sq ft home room has new carpet fresh paint and a nice built wall storage unit. house is within 15 minutes of down town easy commute for collage students. house yard and parking is completely fenced in. (no on street parking here) house is nicely decorated Tennant will have full run of the house and living area and yard.
i am a hard working wm that doesn't spend much time home.i am either working in my shop or at my girlfriends. i have a female lab that is very well behaved and does not bother anyone. i smoke sorry that i do but i do.
i am looking for someone that is CLEAN AND WELL KEPT I'm not your mother and refuse to clean up after someone. someone who can pay the rent on time and who has respect for others. male female white black gay straight doesn't matter to me.
pets are negotiable
room pics are before the paint and new carpet were done
rent is 450.00 per month that includes all utilities cable and high speed internet.

and

650.00 per month gets you a nice 1120sq ft commercial shop. unit has 12ft ceilings solid concrete floor good lighting. property is very secure and completely fenced in with large swing gate for entrance. currently unit has a large sliding door but will have a service door and a 10x10 garage door by the end of the month. unit will also be well insulated and drywalled by month end. 1 year lease required with first and last months rent as deposit. unit can be used for storage parking shop hobby etc.

His shop is great. If I had the extra cash flow, I'd rent a spot just so I didnt have to move cars around in my own garage to work on mine.
