Depending on where it is I might be in.
Well instead of throwing out general ideas of where it might be - lets come up with a poll or something. I'll start one in another thread.

Here are some audio clips of my exhaust setup:

cold idle
Supload.com - Free Image Hosting, Free Audio Hosting, Free Music Hosting, Free Video Hosting, Free Movie Hosting

warm idle
Supload.com - Free Image Hosting, Free Audio Hosting, Free Music Hosting, Free Video Hosting, Free Movie Hosting

cruising around ( microphone in lap )
Supload.com - Free Image Hosting, Free Audio Hosting, Free Music Hosting, Free Video Hosting, Free Movie Hosting

warm start, light revs ( it was like midnight, didn't want to piss off neighbors )
Supload.com - Free Image Hosting, Free Audio Hosting, Free Music Hosting, Free Video Hosting, Free Movie Hosting

Not the greatest sound quality i know, but i got a new mp3 player over the winter and discovered it had mp3 recording capability. The startup and idle audio were taken with the microphone sitting about 12 feet directly back from he exhaust tips, and for the cruising around clip i just had the microphone in my lap.

These are not exact representations of my exhaust's sound, but they're close, as a couple members pm'd me asking for clips of my exhaust.

My setup consists of an Ek2 downpipe, testpipe, then a glasspack as a resonator/premuffler, then out to a single-in dual-out flowmaster 40; everything is connected with 2.5" mandrel bent tubing. It leads out to two dual 3" stainless tips.

It looks like this:

I like how it sounds, but its not loud enough for me

I say at the next meet, someone with a good camcorder and mic get some good audio of how different exhaust setups sound. Then one video will answer all the questions of, "What will it sound like if I do this..."

is there a good place online to buy a deep nice exhaust that will maintain the look of the stock car. I just got a 96 green, 3000gt bone stock, and first want the exhaust to sound sporty. I like the double dip duals exhaust look , plus I want my car to be pretty much a sleeper, until I turn it on... so any of you vets know of good sites to shop for parts on????
