speed cost money, how fast can you afford to go?

It is amazing, i beat the hell out of the SL and it runs like a champ...the day I drive it normal (i got a speeding ticket the day before) I spin a bearing...this WTF moment brought to you by...Mitsubushi.

(My car drove faster than my guardian angel could fly)

(the angel is starting to get worried as the car nears completion)

Alrighty - round 2 in selling the car commences. Looks like I just have to drop in a new fuel filter and she'll be running just fine (right now there is slight sputtering at start up which goes away after the car warms up). Here it goes:

1993 3000GT VR4 with '99 front end conversion ($3000)
6000K HID Conversion ($220)
Seibon CF Hood ($650)
Greddy S BOV
IPS Hotwired Denso Fuel pump
1 Piece APCT CF Drive Shaft ($1100)
Cianci A Pillar triple Gauge pod w/ ProSport boost, Oil Pressure, A/F Ratio gauges ($350)
Custom Black Leather/Suede Seats ($700)
Custom black carpet, suede headliner ($400)
Custom leather door panel "3000GT VR4" stitching
Custom Smokin' VR4 quadruple 8" sub box (fits in trunk) with 4 brand new Polk Momo subs ($650)
'99 Rear garnish
Deft Racing VLS (vertical door lift system) ($1700)
18x9 Saleen Chrome wheels ($650)
Tein S-Tech lowering springs with new ECS Struts all around ($700)
Rear Adj. Control arms
OBX Downpipe to Borla Exhaust ($1100)

This is about $11,000 in mods alone and doesn't include minor things like window tint (20% all around minus windshield), new headunit, new speakers all around, other polished parts (in the engine, 'Smokin VR4') etc... The car has just hit 160,000 miles and is running just like the day I bought it (almost 5 years and about 33,000 miles ago). I am the third owner. It has never been smoked in, no pets, and as far as the new interior goes, never been eaten/drank in. The interior was done roughly a year ago (about 8,000 miles). When I bought the car, the 120K service was immediately done, along with a minor engine rebuild (took it apart, new headgaskets, seals, etc...) as a precautionary measure. Turbos were also rebuilt and cleaned (these both occurred at 127,000). They burn no oil, nor have any shaft play.

This car has been babied all its life and anyone can tell you, I drive like an old man. I just gave her an oil change, rotated/balanced the tires, had an alignment done and everything checks out fine.

The few blemishes on the car are as such: there is a dent in the rear quarter panel, driver side. There is a decent scratch on the rear bumper (driver's side as well) and a smaller scratch on the wing. There has been a bra on the front end so there are little to no rock chips/scratches on the front bumper or hood. All paint is orginal minus the front bumper (which was painted during the conversion).

Asking price: $13,500.

As soon as a sunny day comes along, I will be taking some brand new shots, and will be putting it up on autotrader for a little more, so get the 3SI discount while you can.

Slightly older pictures:

wiseco oversized mls head gasket
fresh rebuilt turbos

if you want it I will leave in the stereo system too. nice pioneer/power acoustic combo with one 10" woofer in trunk.

many other accessories and parts included too
I start school in september in Nashville so I need to clear everything out for the move.
Pics to come.

To finish, this car needs the oxygen sensors wired, the oil cooler lines finished(im not very good at brazing), the nut that holds on the power steering line to the pump(misplaced it), one front timing cover, and somebody with the time and energy to finish her.

Lenny has seen the love and energy I put into building just the engine.
please somebody help me.

im sad to see her go.
