i zoomed in on the pic i have and it says SOONERS and looks like a U of O symbol.... university of owatonna? idk lol

did you try mn3s? i don't believe the owner is on car forums. i'm from rochester and I've had zero luck getting together a meet.....there are only 2 other members that are on 3si or mn3s.org. Most of the 3/s's are owned by old people at mayo or ibm; i've only seen about 10-12 different ones in the last 4 years living there as well........
