Saw you got an answer to your question already. As far as running open atmosphere BOV versus closed, just make it recirculate back. You might get lucky for a while running open atmosphere but I know plenty of people that dont run as good as they used to with it open. You'll see the negative effects of running open loop on the decel. I used to run my Greddy BOV open for a while and was having some issues so I made it closed looped and everything was fine. Just a little bit quieter.
