After doing some research I found a new wholesaler that was able to locate a polo that better suited our needs and was reasonibly priced. The reason for the change was because the shirts were better made, more durable, and have color matched buttons. Here is the actual shirt we will be utilizing as the new 3SNY Polo:

The actual item is called, Chestnut Hill Mens Performance Plus Jersey Polo. Chestnut Hill's website is Chestnut Hill - Catalog Request Feel free to look around for a better price but t-shirtwholesaler.com offers the best price. Based on the size request from the members that posted I will be ordering 4 small, 12 medium, 12 large, 12 extra large, and 4 double extra large which will cost $582.98 shipped. I will fronting the cost of these shirts and the club dues will be paying for the cost of the embriodery. I will be selling the shirts to the members at cost to recoup my costs.

In regards to what will be embriodered on the front the final design will be:
Scott's mom will be finishing up a sample and once the officers agree on the outcome we'll begin embroidering the shirts.

Ok heres the update:

Looks like we will have the embriodery done by the same place we're getting the shirts from (customlogofactory.com). The shirts we will be using are G748 Gildan 65/35 Poly/Cotton Adult Sport Shirt:They are65% polyester, 35% ringspun cotton, 5.4 oz; easy-care fabric; tubular construction; three-button placket with color matched buttons; contoured welt collar and cuffs; double-needle stitching on bottom hem; quarter turned to eliminate center crease; set in sleeves.

They quoted me a price of $763.45 shipped for shirts, setup fee, art fee, and embroidery. Which would make it just under $16.00 a shirt which is way below what we budgeted for ourselves. So I was thinking maybe we can add additional text to the right shoulder area. We can add something like "3SNY" or "New York" or some kinda phrase. Ultimately it would look something kinda like this:

I'll give guys a few days to discuss this option. In the mean time ill finalize the artwork and see if its even possible.

Looking good but nix on the lettering on the sleeve. I see they come in different colors.

I don't know bob, I kind of like the side logo, the real question would be, what to put on the side? Another 3SNY logo would just look gay, if its on both front and side. I think thats the most important part, yeah, if we cant find something worth putting on the side then we shouldn't do it at all, but if we can, man that would just look sweet!

Ok guys, heres whats gonna go on the right arm/shoulder area. Sorry for taking longer than usual to make this but the NEG has been keeping me busy. Let me know what you guys think cause if there arent alot of objections im gonna have it done.
