"Rebuilt" NY title, registering in CT?
Anyone have any experience with a NYS "Rebuilt Salvage" title and registering in CT?
Looking at the 92 VR4 in the for sale section, but I can't find any info online about doing this. I really don't want to try calling the DMV, since I've been through that nightmare before.
Current owner doesn't have any of the repair documentation, so there's no way I'd get it through the full inspection if they require that. I know you need the full inspection for a "Salvage" title from NY, but not sure with it already being branded "Rebuilt", or if CT just doesn't acknowledge the NY inspection/re-title process at all.
