The web site implies that they do only American Muscle, and that probably is a lot of it but I broke him in on my VR4 last year. Nice guy and knows his stuff. He re-flanged the end of my Borla to 3in to match the Random Tech cat and did an excellent job.
how much did it cost you?

About $80 I think. I gave him a 6" piece of SS tubing; I think he supplied the flange but I forget. He put a 3" flange on the tubing, then cut the Borla, expanded the short piece with the flange, and welded it up. Since the flange on the Borla is (A) welded- none of this rotating stuff- and (2) at a wierd set of angles- it's not anywhere near square to the end of the pipe- I didn't think the price was too bad. What can I say, I'm not rational about the car. He did a great job and I have a full 3" with no restriction at the beginning of the Borla. Probably doesn't matter much for performance, but I like it
