i am located in NH and i started taking my stealth apart to pull the motor... As it sits it had 190,XXX miles on it and i think its time to freshen it up...
It was running fine before i started dissasembling it but i am about to TT it so some engine work is in order... i am looking for a local repuitable shop to do some engine work....
I am thinking bearings, rings maybe pistons and clean the heads... Any suggestions??
Where in NH?
Im here in the southern area (near salem)...I had an engine rebuilt years ago but dont recall the guys name...he does great work and has been around for lie 30 years...

How do you know him has he worked on your motor??
Thanks for the info...
No, I do my own work. But I've known him for about 10 years. He is one of the most knowledgeable 3/S mechanics in the US. I'm sure some of the NE people who have had Tim do work will chime in.

Tim is the man, I will chime in. I have seen the work he does and he is a great overall mechanic. When it comes to 3s's he really knows his stuff. I personaly have seen plenty of the motors he rebuilt/installed and tranny installs. I would highly recommend him.
