Default Sub-Box: Check!

We finaaaaaaaaallllly wrapped up my sub box in the Stealth. Lots of fiberglass, some MDF, some bondo, sanding, more sanding and more sanding, then paint, and then sand and then paint again. Whew!

I'm very happy with the results AND my (1) Infinity 475A amp pushes the Infinity 1250 more then enough and it hits hard! I was contemplating getting a Infinity 1600 Mono amp, but I think that it wouldn't be worth the extra amperage since I would probably have it turned down.

LOL Yeah, it's mostly fiberglass, with an inner-skeleton of MDF. There's about a 4-5 inch clearance at the top most point of the sub box. Trust me, we did many test fittings before we set on the final look of the sub. Also, we downgraded the sub to the 1250 and running it with less power. All I would need is to shatter my rear window from bass. LOL

No, no sway bar. Here is a side view of the box.

If you are looking to do a similar setup, be sure that you check the angle of your speaker and your depth! We cleared the steep angle by about 1.5".

you guys talking about the strut tower brace? the sway bar is down with the suspension and all that good stuff. I dont think you would want to run with no sway bar but a strut tower brace is not necessary.

Yeah, that's what I had in my head, but I wasn't paying attention.

did you mount the box in at all like where the spare tire cover mounts are? Also if you want a spare tire cover to cut to make fit around your box let me know I have one or two of them in the shop.
