I'd go. I agree on the "more cruising, less standing around" part
Gas is cheaper this year...at least for now. So hopefully more people are willing to drive around (seems like last year nobody was really interested in doing that). I also really like cruising through Indy. Downtown is sort of fun for someone who isn't there often. Maybe it gets old to the local people though.
The most fun I've ever had at a 3s meet was cruising around with FRS radios and bullshitting with everyone else the entire time.

cruising is fun, but its hard to keep everyone together driving downtown, especially when people are coming from all over.
I did not get signed up for the Pinks all out because I missed the registration. So I will try to get things planned out for the may gathering here soon.

That's where the FRS radios come in handy. Every 5-10 minutes or so, regroup in some parking lot etc. And there is always cruising on highways too. There you're less likely to get broken up by traffic.

well if you guys think thats fun, then thats cool, but im not leading that!! I cant stand doing that lol. More work than I'm interested in doing. I get tired of stop and go driving, at that point I would rather stand next to my car in a parking lot or do a lap of 465 or find some curvy roads to drive on.

I'm sure we'll be able to figure something out.
On another note.. you may not be the only 99 TA there. A buddy of mine may join in with his. Quite the psychotic F-body.. close to 600hp at the tires.. no bottle, all motor.
At least he'll have someone to talk about straight line racing with pushrods
