In anticipation of possibly needing to replace my engine block, I'm putting
out my feelers for a block and girdle set. I'd prefer a 2-bolt block, but
can go with a 4-bolt block if need be. If it's a 4-bolt block, I may be
interested in the oil pan too.The cylinders do not need to be in great
shape, as long as they can be bored out to 92mm and be good. The girdle and
main bearing journals must be in good condition with no rust. I don't need
any internals. Please let me know if you have something and what you'd want
for it. I'm hoping to find something locally (SE MI area) that I can pick up and avoid outrageous shipping costs. You can PM or e-mail me privately if you wish.
Thanks. And thanks to those who have already responded. I hope to be able to make a decision over the weekend.

Hey not sure if this helps, bc I am not really a mechanic and don't know exactly what you need, but it looks like this guy has ALOT of stuff, and he's in your area. Hope this helps! 3000GT Stealth Parts, lots of Stuff!!!
I am pretty sure I have an extra 2bolt block sitting around... no internals, but has the girdle.
I live in Chicago suburbs... so if you're interested I could probably meet you somewhere maybe Indiana? I don't know how far you are from South Bend, but I know they have a great Hooters there. If you're interested, $50 for the block plus we could work something out for gas or what not.
