Some of you already know, some of you don't. Jeff V (GateCrasher)will be leaving us for Kansas City, MO at the beginning of next month in search of greener pastures. So we'd like to see as many people as possible at Gators on 4/30 so we can send him off with a pat on the back, a shot in his hand, and a "you'll be back" in his ear.
Jeff has been invaluable to many of us around here with his intelligence, hard work, and his all around help in the 3S community. Moreso, Jeff has been one of the best friends many of us have ever had, giving 150% for his friends and never asking for anything in return. It's tough seeing him leave, but as a friend we will gladly see him off so long as we know he's doing what he feels is right.So please, if you can make it out on the last Wednesday that he'll be here, we know he'd appreciate it. Come join us in saying "Good luck" and enjoy one last Gators gathering before Jeff heads west. Hope to see you there! We already know of a few people coming from across state, and a few of his non-3Si friends will be there too. We'll start getting there around 5pm, and stay until Jeff passes out or until everyone's left, whichever comes last ;-) If you're not sure how to get there, check the sticky at the top of this forum. I'll be headed that way in 45 minutes! Can't wait! Should be fun. And there's the potential that this will be our largest 3SFOC gathering yet! And I almost forgot, about 5 years ago, Jeff was elected (unofficially) Chairman of the Board of these Wed night meets, so we all gotta come out and say farewell to our Chairman and see who he names as his successor. hehe So if you haven't already made plans to come out tonight, you should!
