from morrilton, take I430S, then I30W, exit at Alexander, cross over overpass continuing S. on alexander rd, take the first right on cornerstone rd, first left and you'll see the yellow polk performance sign. What do you need done on the stealth?

thanks for the address, been in and out of the office all day, first chance to respond. my stealth has had a problem since i bought it,i read out the self diagnosis which said crank angle sensor/cam sensor.replaced it,did'nt help. number 3/6 coil would not fire, replaced that plus power transistor, did'nt help. next i sent my computer to avpro to be rebuilt. ran fine for about two weeks, started doing the same thing. sent ecu back to avpro, appeared to solve the problem until i installed chrome intake and aftermarket air cleaner. afterwards around 3000 rpms it would fall on it face, when the mas was unpluged it ran better so i replaced mas, same problem. its probably an easy fix but no one around here knows squat about these cars. help!

so it runs up to 3krpm then falls on it's face... hmm. is that only when you floor it? can you run over 3krpm on light throttle?
when was the last time the spark plugs and wires were changed? when you replaced the coil did you replace the whole coil pack or just that one coil for #3 and #6. |

no, it won't run with a light throttle, it starts running way too rich and will just die. the plugs and wires were changed two months ago. it will run as long as the mas is unpluged but of course not very good. i was going to replace the other coil packs but nick at avpro said the problem was in the ecu. i did find a wire in the second plug in comming out of the computer that was shorting out ,repaired that, did'nt help. i tested all the harness comming from crank/sensor,tps,mas, and power transitor, all checked ok. sooo, i guess i need to let polk find my problem.
