Just to clarify, it's the emanage CEL adapter that is needed, you are running the emanage in stage 3 wiring. Without the cel adapter to fool the ecu (from all the info I gathered in the emanage threads) the ecu thinks the injectors have a break in the wire and limp into injector batch fire mode and throw a code which you do have. Which is also why it was running rich. Once we get that adapter installed it should clear things up.

That won't cause your car to knock. It MAY cause your fuel tune to go way rich once your car warms up and figures out that the injectors are gone, but it's a static change. if you tune it after it changes, it should be no problems. Also, your timing isn't affected when the ecu dumps extra fuel as far as I know. Not trying to dump water on the flame, but I don't think that will fix it..........it will run better and be easier to tune, but if it's knocking for no reason with the right ammount of Igntion timing, it will most likely still knock.
I could be wrong 'though.
