Anything to do in Columbus? - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

Hey guys and girls. Im Billy and I live up in Clarksville, TN and Ill be down in Columbus this weekend for my brothers regional soccor championship. During downtime, I want to go out and have a little fun while Im bored. Im in the Army so of course Im going to go to Ft. Benning, so can anyone recommend something to do while Im down in Georgia?

Outside of driving to Atlanta, I got no suggestions. You looking for nightlife? Or more family-oriented stuff?

Tuesday nights a big group of local car people go to dinner and meet up on campus afterwards. Columbus is only about 40 minutes from Auburn.

Both because Ill be with family so, I want to keep them company and have some fun myself.

If you've never been to Auburn (my alma mater), its a beautiful campus and there's always something going on. Plus you'd get to meet some other 3s'ers...

As for Columbus I dunno as I've only been there once and saw a movie...

Yeah there is not too much going on here which I think is the reason why I may be the only VR-4 here. I heard of one on Ft. Benning but have never seen it. You would think there would be more going on since it is an Army town but think again. There is normally some night life downtown pretty much every night Wed - Sat so you could give that a shot.
