okay so I called my brother at his shop and talked to him about the lip. He said he would need to look at one to see how much it is gonna take to paint/put on before he can give an estimate. So when i get mine in, i will take it and get it put on, and get you guys an estimate any other work I need to ask about while Im there? if you guys need something else painted you need to get me a pic of it (such as damage) so i can show him what is going on.

just so you know there quality of work stands...www.thundervalleycustoms.com
they did the car on the banner, its a show winner and made covers of hot rod magazines. He did the paint on it and the s10 thats in the galleries section.

Haha Heck yeah Dustin, I'm just giving you a hard time! I'll send you a picture of some of the damage on my back bumper that I need painted. I'll probably end up just having to get the whole back bumper painted along with the bomex lip. It's only one part of the back bumper that is chipping, but I don't know if they can only do one section.

But yeah, 3 blacks with a lip would look sick. I'm also looking into getting a set of 1st gen 5 spoke rims and painting them black with a polished lip. I think that would look so sweet.

OK, you guys are having way too much fun. Wait until I get my accident settlement. If it's enough I'm going for the Recaro orthopedic seats so my 56 year old body is more comfortable in the car. I may get a set of these 18's.
What do you think?

Is this what a retired ole man does all day? Look at wheels???
They look cool. I'd go 19s if possible. What kind of springs would you go with for those?
I dont think those would look so great if you used the stocked springs.

They ARE nice though.

I love my stocked 18 chromies, but if i had to upgrade, I'd go with something with double patterns like on the stocked z06s.

Talk about a sweet looking GA3S banner or headliner for the website

I assume you mean the 1st gen VR4 wheels like Richard's? His are painted a charcoal color. Just an FYI, if you can afford it, I'd powdercoat them. His wheels have lots of paint missing because of just regular driving ... and it's not the paintjob that did it. Because even my wheels painted from Gewalt have a couple real small chips in it from daily driving [construction every freaking where]. With the onset of me being a complete dumbass, I will have to now get all 4 wheels redone, and I'm DEF going with powdercoating!
