Default Any 3s folks north of denver

Just curious if there is anyone on here north of denver. Recently sold my SL and got a nice gen2 VR4 - was curious if there were any other enthusiasts in the area.

Mitsu,

How is the "Not Stock" project coming along. The last time I saw that car was on a tow truck after the engine blew. Are you selling any of the parts on that car or keeping everything?

We still have to get together so I can get the mufflers. I have no idea what I am going to do with them but I'll find something.

I don't have this boost gauge but:

I ran all the wiring, using a hanger from the top of the dash board to under the dash, near the fuse box. Then there is rubber groumet under the master cyl that will take you under the dash. I used that to bring my wiring and tubing from the groument. I used the lighter light wiring for any light that you would want to come on when you turn on your light. I used an acc fuse to power the boost controller.

I hope that helps.

Depends what kind of boost controller. If it is a manual boost controller, that is pretty easy. If it is an EBC, that is harder and depending on the type, the programming is a little difficult.

Regarding the wiring: If the wire is for backlighting, go off the lighter lightbulb, if you need power to run the gauge, the go off the any acc fuse. You can use the radio fuse. Just make sure you are on the correct side of the fuse. If your gauge is still running after you pull the fuse, then you put in on the wrong side.

As far as the vacuum hoses, there are few places but I like to T off the back of the plenum. Get a copper T. Don't get the plastic ones from autozone and other places. You can get a copper T from ACE Hardware or on the net. I kind of had to build my own because I had some issues.
