trying to move to chicago

i have some friends in the suburbs that i visit a bit so i somewhat know the area.but i was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of where a mechanic could find some work.im trying to be up there by late summer.

Best bet is to yellow page.com some places around here and see if someone is looking for a mechanic. I do have a good buddy that works at the batavia merlins, if thats what you are looking for.

"Merlins Muffler Shop" they specialize on Muffler exhaust and also do some basic Automotive. But they wouldn't put a downpipe,or eliminate a converter.(policy)
