Default Need Help Car Down :( Flex Fuel Line

I had replaced the fuel pump from my parts car and twisted the fuel line to the point off tearing the hose. I have been trying to remove the flex line to the hard line for hours, are any of you local. I am in west chicago at work (horse ranch behind dupage airport). I am trying to find another flex hose line but I just need help with the seperation to the hard line. Can pay something to who ever helps.

Thanks for the reply Cool link I bookmarked. I ordered the hose second day delivery. The part I am having trouble is were the hose goes to the hard line under the car not at the pump. The pump housing, pump and components are fine I just can't seem to get the rusty piece of crap fitting under car and as the temps go up I just get more pissed off at it. I have been holding off getting it towed to the local firestone. I think I'll take my riding mower from work today west chicago to villa park got a horse but no where to park him at home.

Did you spray it with PB blaster or anything like that and let it soak a bit?

Sorry I don't know what pb blaster is I am going over to advance auto or pepboys to see about converting the fuel pressure hose to something standard. Mitsudirect want 129.00 for the hose and max Masson 119.00. No one can get it to me 2nd day like max Masson offered and called back 2 weeks I am now on hooking the horse trailer and using my 1500hd crew cab truck. It's new but cost me 160.00 a week for my daily driving. To me this is a nightmare but got to just live with it. In a week or two it will be in the past. Let me know soon about pb blaser I have just been using penatrating oil.

Any auto parts store will have it. It's a spray, the best stuff around for breaking free rusted bolts/nuts. Get a can spray it let it soak an hour and give it a turn.

Welcome to Cherry Hill Triplex Parts !

I got mine from mine ( fuel line ) from here, got it in a couple of days. I buy all my OEM parts from here. Tell them you are a member of 3SI and they give a discount.

Pb blaster didn't work this time just tried. Yesterday
soaked for 1 hour the put on again and waited 3 hour then this morning after 6 hours. I am open to ideas. I am thinking about weakining the nut by cutting groves in it with a dremel tool. If any of you guys think they can take of the rusted nut and put on new fuel line I just got from 3sx I can give a hundred. I have to get this car moving this morning or I will have to tow to suburban tire. Any help/ideas would be welcome. Thanks guys

if you're really desparate, i would suggest just cutting the fuel line itself and throwing away the nuts on BOTH sides. then use a piece of rubber hose to connect the two sides.
