I'm cool with loading it up on the sunday before. that way we can also pull the bumper off without doing it in the parking lot we meet up at.

dibari, if you want to drive my car at the autox, that's fine. you gotta pay the entry fee for it though.

Already paid! I just hope we can place well with it.

I haven't autocrossed on street tires for a while. We'll see how that goes.

Anyways, just let me know when you guys are meeting up. I pack pretty light, and will only have a few things.. I still have to find a room since the person I was rooming with isn't going anymore... Worst case I'll just ask around once I get there..

As for a ride, I'm trying to find a vehicle I might be able to borrow... That isn't going as well as I hoped...

The VR-4 I just don't trust anymore and the Pathfinder is probably nearing it's death..

Dave and Pete, I would like to load the cars up ahead of time. I have that Sunday and Monday off work before we leave. Would either of those days work for you guys? I would like the lightest car loaded first, and I'm assuming that's Pete's, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I fly home from cali Monday night at like 1 am. We can do it if we must but i still have to work Tuesday morning. Do we want to load it up Tuesday during the day?

I guess I should ask, what day was everyone planning on leaving to go down there? I was assuming we were leaving and arriving Tuesday the 17th.

Thats what I was thinking as well. Leave like mid afternoon Tuesday? I still have to work Tuesday.

hopefully it won't be too different from black car, i think -600lbs and the same tire size as your slicks should do the trick. and a little more power.

I'm thinking it's possible to win again... That weight difference should do it with some sticky tires big time. The power I'm not concerned about.

I will definitely be cautious this year. I think there will be some better drivers and I'll have to step up my game.. ( not like black car is superior by any means... I did the alignment, the tires were at the end of their life and I had 10 dollar carquest pads with 30 dollar rotors... )

Should be interesting...

I'll ask joe if he's got someone riding with him, I wouldn't mind riding with him.
