does anyone have an HKS EVC V? I think the control unit on mine crapped out, and i want to confirm it before i start looking for another.

Well.. My car is officially worthless between 2.2-3k under mid load... I think the MAFT is bad...

Anyone got one I could trade and try?

Have you tried logging the airflow. That will tell you if your MAFT is flaking out.

Its a little lower as you move south. And it doesn't matter how many gallons the truck holds, it matters how many I'm going to burn through getting down there. My guess is about 120.

have you tried hooking up a logger and taping the maf to a leaf blower? then you can play with the airflow and see if the maf-t is bouncing around or tripping in some way. should be relatively low airflow #s...
