are you talking about the spring to put pressure on the detent balls for the shift shaft?

if so i would imagine it wouldnt be to hard to source one somewhere else like a hardware store or if you want to get picky you could go to applied industrial in person and have them spec the spring and find an equivalent.

I don't think we are talking about the same spring. This spring actually goes on the end of the shift shaft. It does not come in contact with the detent balls as far as I can tell. Where is applied industrial at? I may have to run over there as I haven't heard back from Frank at Kormex.

The rolling shell I have has a filter T'ed into a line that goes on the driverside to the front and rear valve cover. ( That's what he had on the old motor ) Is that ok?

Never seen that done before on the driver side...

Anyways, red car is almost running. Did intake piping, and d/s intercooler, and oil cooler... Now I need to solder the MAF plug back on.
