WOOOOHOOOOO!

The prosecuting officer didnt feel like getting out of bed today so my charges were dropped.

The prosecutor asked me afterwards if the car was a 3000GT. I said yea. He goes "Thats a rear wheel drive so you did fishtail it, your lucky kid" Ha! I said "Look here at the carfax where it shows that the car is all wheel drive." "Oh, I didnt know that."

dam punk-ass prosecutors think they know everything.

anywho i did a victory snow-drift-lap when i left the courthouse.

Congrats!

I just got pulled over in the Pathfinder and got EXTREMELY lucky. The plate was swapped from the 93 ES I had, and I was going to the BMV this week, but he ran the plates and saw it didn't match...

I didn't have the title or anything on me, he let me go, and told me to go straight home. ( He could have charged me 150 dollar fine, impounded the vehicle, and left me stranded. )

Whoever he is, I love him.... Awesome officer. I told him to pull me over anytime and it would be legal by the afternoon...

I knew I had pushed my luck WAY too far. I've never let a vehicle go that long without getting the paperwork done ( it was insured.. )
