Hello from Virginia everyone! I had to leave the Girlie Girl at home, and drive my Explorer instead. I had a coolant, trans, and oil leak I discovered Thursday night. Bummer, but I'll pick her up in the Spring time. The Explorer got me here all safe though. Missing you all already!

Just another example of where drugs will lead you...

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/l...,4914151.story

after losing my best friend to an OD back in June... my brother just lost another close friend himself, this is the 4th that I know of that was drug related and the 2nd in less than two weeks, with his friend's sister dying recently from an OD

I know everyone on here is pretty responsible, but this goes as a reminder to all those you know who get caught up in the wrong crowd because as my best friend, who was a VERY intelligent person and very full of life, he had many self-esteem issues and was dragged down to a life of drugs which ultimately took his life. In the case of my brother's friend here, he had been in and out of trouble for quite a while and was starting to look like he was turning his life around the last couple years as he was running his own business and staying out of trouble... or so we thought... then this happens... just goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover and that once someone is an addict, they're always an addict

In this case especially, it's tough to have remorse since he put so many lives in danger and worst of all what he put his poor mother through(his father died several yrs back), if a lesson can be learned his death will have meaning, otherwise it's just another waste of human life.
