it's possible... i guess you have to see it to understand, but it looks like there's a small indent in the rim that exposes part of where the tire seats which could be a good spot for the air to leak, I think the lowest I've measured it was 23psi after going weeks w/o filling it which isn't too bad.

I've got a set of 1st gen VR4 chromes that I no longer need. They are peeling a bit and are 14 years old but I'd let em go cheap if you needed to get something that would still hold air. They look decent if they are clean.

btw when was the last chicago gathering? and when's the next?

I think the last time I saw most ppl was the old gatherings at the Value City in Hanover Park that got busted by the cops like 5yrs ago... come to think of it, haven't met most of the ppl that post on here now, but I guess that's what being down in Champaign most of the yr and in Vienna this winter/spring meant...
