I normally show up there between 8 and 9.

On a side note, does anyone have an open spot in their car/room/floor and want to list me as a guest for the NG. I want to go, but I don't really feel like paying $100 if I'm not going to have a car there. Or we can rent a trailer and pull your car there if you don't want to drive it/ worry about it breaking.

WOMEN DRIVERS, NO SURVIVORS!!!!

so what was supposed to be an awesome weekend renting a Ninja ZX-6R and driving out to Graz(birthplace of the Governator and 2nd largest city in Austria) has turned into a terrible experience....

for some reason I decided to go out at 11pm to snap a few more pics and parked the bike behind a VW van thinking it was safe only to turn around and see the driver backing up, I figured they would see the bike behind but was getting dangerously close... then finally... BAM... knocked the bike over... the damage: cracked left main fairing, cracked left mirror, cracked front fender, scratch on left rear fairing... probably about 1000 Euro in damage...

worst part is in this wonderful country the cops only do reports if there's an injury so the only thing we could do was exchange insurance info, which in my case was a 2000 Euro($2700) credit card damage deposit, which I hopefully don't lose since it was her fault and we have pics to prove it...

even worse is that I had my video cam on me and could've a) ran over to stop her b4 she hit it(but I didn't know it was a female driver until after the fact), b) could've filmed it so there was absolutely no doubt that it was her backing into it(but then the argument probably would've been... why'd you film it instead of trying to stop it)

so yea... hopefully all isn't bad, but right now i'm lookin at a $2700 mistake thanks to those wonderful female drivers... worst of all she had the nerve to say it might've been my fault 'cause she couldn't see it... uhh that's why you look BACK when you're backing up!!!

Ummm... I'm pretty sure that wouldn't make it her fault. Hell, if I got into my truck in my driveway I don't look what's behind me, there better not be some bike right behind my vehicle.

Now I understand where you are coming form, but WHY did you park it behind a vehicle? That is just asking for a situation like this. I didn't even have to get to the part where you said what happened to know where it was going.

I'm guessing you'll have to pay. I don't know how you could change this so that it is her fault.
