Hi Clint.

I have found 2 or 3 low mileage RT/TT's and VR4's by simply scanning the local 'Auto Focus' / 'Auto Trader' / similar publications that you can get at Jewel and such. In fact, there is a nice looking red '91 RT/TT with only 60,000 miles in one of them . . .

Why in Gods name would we want to vote for our own forum? First because we have our own forum on The Chicago Crew Home, and second, as long as any of our forums are on this site, the administrators still have the ability to arbitrarily kill them like they did the old Chicago Thread.

Alan, I know you monitor this thread, and before you jump in with all kinds of justifications about time, and length and bandwidth... to maintain credability, you may want to check on the age of other threads out there before you start saying how you are only letting threads age 30, 60 or 90 days (sigh)

I guess I better say something on topic or be banned, so Andy, when do you want to get together to work on your car?

My $.02 (as I prepare to be banned)

true... well actually one of the guys at the computing center here has a PRISTINE 93 RT/TT for $9k... only reason he's sellin it is 'cause he promised his wife he wouldn't get a ticket in it and he did....

But yea, the girl i talked to yesterday has a 92 SL and I guess an RT or ES as well and if she gets rid of the SL she wants a VR4 NOT an RT/TT... which is stupid 'cause we don't call it the 3/S community for nuttin

As for my friend Simon, i'm tryin to convince him on a 93... but i think he wants newer

So I do know of one that's available, but just like girls it's always good to have options (thank God my gf doesn't know 'bout this site or she'd kill me for sayin that )

Ahh yes, racing Sunday was good. I was in the 13 second class and had three races total. All three ended up with trap speeds under 100. Getting out of the hole with 1.7 and 1.8 60 foot times really made the difference to be able to stay ahead til the end ... and then hit the brakes. The last race was very close with the Supra, just not between me and him. I ran 13.014 at 89 mph. Close to breaking out of the class, but definetly glad I got on the brakes at the traps. It was nice having a few 3/s vehicles out and running down the track, just need 15-20 more to match all the civics taking up perfectly good track space. Anyways, when is the next get together? Andy what's going on with your birthday?

Anywho I think i got one more week in Autofocus and then I guess I'll keep the car and throw a motor in it to play with. Hopefully sooner then later I wanna get all you guys over to my crib for a BBQ.

Eric's forum is great but i think we should have a Chapter forum. It'll help the newbies find us easier. and 3SI is still a larger focal point then the chicago crew forum.
