To change pads all you really have to do is compress the caliper (use a c-clamp), remove one of the caliper bolts, lift up the caliper and slide the old pads out and put the new pads in.

Don't forget to get the rotors turned. It's usually a good idea.

I'm also looking for good pads. The ones I have on right now create a ton of brake dust. I gotta clean the rims like every week.

Who's going to the Midwest Gathering next weekend in Wisconsin Dells? May I ask - when does the Chicago Crew get together for evening drives, barbeques, swap meets, dragging at Great Lakes Dragaway, or other fun times?

For the most part, unless something is really planned.....we usually get together on a 'fly by night' basis....but if it's planned, then you'll usually read about it here or in another thread in the chicago forum.
