Anyways, we (me + brother) just got a new set of rims/tires this december. The reason I expressed my interest was because my brother really misses the gorgeousness of the stock chromes.
Now however, my brother's desire for looks has been overshadowed by his desire for more power.
This is mainly because, last year he had one of the fastest cars amongst his group of buddies, but this is no longer the situation since his buddies have been modifying their cars over the winter.
This saturday, he got smoked.

For that price,

it truely is an amazing/tempting deal. But, for that same price my brother can take his bone-stock car and make it into an 11 second one. So, priority-wise this isn't the most efficient route with respect to our intrests.

If anyone else is interested in some very good condition chromies with z rated tires, let me know very soon. I would rather sell em to my local boys before i head out to dirty classifieds.

dont get me wrong but for the price of rims (used ones) your not gonna get your VR4 down into teh 11's... maybe into the 12's depending on supporting mods (and since you said BONE STOCK i assume nothing has been done to it.), but not the 11's... and there is only a couple things that you need to do to stomp your brothers (BPU) dsm into the dirt, assuming its only BPU.. some people have different ideas of what bpu is. bpu is (basic performance upgrades) which means all supporting mods before the turbo's because those are not your basic performance upgrade... all your bro needs
is injectors, boost controller, downpipe, catback, some sort of fuel control (SAFC or one of the sorts) this added up is around $1500 for all new parts...

Raced my buddies new Ford GT ( white with blue stripes ) last night. Ran from my top of 3rd to mid/deep into 5th and I pulled hard all the way. He lifted at 155 because I was "so far ahead of him."

That car looks AWESOME at speed though... here's some pictures of it :

Does your car have black aftermarket rims and were you at the Schaumburg Hooters last night? I saw a yellow TT stealth, white ford gt and an orange ferrari? idk some orange exotic car all parked together there.
